3. Fundraise YOUR WAY
- Online Fundraiser (No Financial Risk): We create a custom webpage for your school. Families order online — we handle payments, tracking, and production. (Recommended minimum: 50 patches)
- Bulk Order Fundraiser: Purchase patches upfront and manage sales directly. Great for events or in-person drives. (Custom pricing available for larger orders.)
- Optional Add-Ons: Pencil bags and tote bags designed to help students collect and display their patches, plus optional mystery patches.
Looking for something a little different? We are happy to explore custom requests or creative fundriasing ideas when possible.

Orders are produced and delivered in bulk to your school, organized as needed.

No — our standard Patchy Fundraiser model is completely risk-free. There is no upfront cost to launch your fundraiser, and your group will never be required to purchase inventory in advance. Families order directly through your custom fundraising page, and we handle production and bulk delivery to your school.
If your group prefers to bulk order patches upfront and manage sales independently, we’re happy to offer that option as well — but it is entirely optional.
If fewer than 50 patches are ordered, your group can still run the fundraiser and will never be charged anything — even if only one family places an order. If you choice our our online fundriasing option, your school will still receive $7 per patch pack sold, $8 per pouch bundle, and $9 per tote bundle, regardless of total volume. We recommend a minimum of 50 orders simply to help your group maximize fundraising potential and make the most impact for your cause.
We do! Our design team creates custom patch designs inspired by your school, group, mascot, or theme. You’ll review and approve the design before anything is produced.
If you share logos, artwork, or other designs with our team, we’ll assume you have permission to use them and that they may be reproduced as patches for your fundraiser.
Most groups choose our online fundraising option, where we create a custom webpage just for your school. Families order and pay online — no cash handling, spreadsheets, or tracking needed.

Most fundraisers run 1–2 weeks, but we’ll work with you to choose a timeline that fits your school calendar and goals.
After the fundraiser ends and patches are delivered, we provide a clear fundraising summary and send payment directly to your school or organization. All funds raised go to your group.
All orders are produced after the fundraiser closes; delivered to your school in bulk; and organized by student, classroom, grade, or group (as needed). This makes distribution simple and stress-free.
Patches are perfect for backpacks, jackets, tote bags, hats, sports bags, and more. Students can also choose to place their patches on optional add-ons selected by the school or group. These add-ons are specifically chosen to work well with patches and to match your school or organization.
All patches and add-ons are durable, fun, and designed to be used and loved.
